1. Adult Ticket: For individuals taller than 1.1 meters.
2. Child Ticket: For individuals shorter than 1.1 meters.

3. This is a dated ticket, it is only valid for entry on the date set out above.

Age restrictions on entry to the Park may apply. In the absence of specific rules, our standard rules will be enforced as follows:

• Guests aged 11 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult, holding a valid admission ticket;
• Children aged 3 and under do not require a ticket or reserved space, and can enter the Park for free;

- Government issued photo ID may be required as proof of age;

You must comply with ride rules and follow our instructions in the Park;

You must comply with the health and safety measures applicable during your visit;

Height and safety restrictions apply; guests may not be able to experience all rides;

Certain rides, attractions, shows or outlets may be unavailable during your visit;

Admission and use of the Park is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the Park;

We may deny admission or remove you from the Park for any reason.

This ticket is Non-Refundable and void of altered.

This ticket has No Return and No Exchange.

Some of the rides and/or experiences may be closed for various reasons. This could be for maintenance or otherwise but this is to ensure that we provide utmost safety to our guests Safety and technical issues are unforeseen and as such we may not be able to announce it in advance. If this coincides with your adventure date there will be no refund or adjustment on an already issued ticket.
