Sky Views Observatory

• Having an Emirates ID or passport is required.
• If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, please let the Sky Views staff know. This includes any physical restrictions or ailments, such as back or neck weakness, broken bones, heart problems, neurological disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or pregnancy.

• Each ticket is limited to one slide. A ticket that has been stamped is not refundable for the sky slide.
• When visiting Sky Views Glass Slide during busy seasons, we advise tourists who would want to enjoy the sunset between 3 and 7 p.m. to reserve an access slot around 90 minutes in advance.
• Kindly arrive twenty to thirty minutes before the specified appointment time.

Glass Slide

• There are weight and height restrictions for this experience. There is a 120 cm minimum and a 200 cm maximum height. There is a 30 kg minimum weight and a 150 kg maximum weight.
• You must dress modestly and comfortably; no gowns, skirts, high heels, or shoes with protruding metal heels that could scratch the glass are permitted.
• During the sliding experience, a specific rug or mat must be utilised, and any guidelines provided by the Sky Views supervisors must be adhered to.
• Visitors should not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that could impair their judgement, such as prescription medications.
• It should not be possible for guests to perform the mental and physical activities required throughout the ride if they suffer from severe physical or mental illnesses.
• Throughout the sliding adventure, avoid touching the glass.
• Avoid sliding while lying on your stomach or back.
• All personal items, such as cell phones and jewellery with sharp edges, need to be taken out and stored within the pouch.

Edge Walk

• Visitors aged 12 to 65 are welcome to take part in the Edge Walk. A parent's or parents' in-person consent is required for minors under the age of eighteen.
• There are weight and height restrictions for this experience. The minimum and maximum heights are 135 and 200 cm, respectively. 30 kg is the minimum weight and 120 kg is the maximum weight.
• For the Edge Walk experience, you must dress modestly and comfortably; long, loose scarves, skirts, flip flops, or loose footwear are not permitted. It is imperative that all guests wear the Edge Walk overall to guarantee their safety.
• If you have any physical or mental disabilities that would make it difficult for you to complete the physical and mental activities during the trip, please let the Sky Views personnel know.
• Visitors should not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that could impair their judgement, such as prescription medications.
• It should not be possible for guests to perform the mental and physical activities required throughout the ride if they suffer from severe physical or mental illnesses.
• Visitors should not have any current or recurrent illnesses or injuries that call for emergency care.
• Pregnant guests are not permitted to experience this.
