• Penguin Encounter isn't available right now.
• Skiers and snowboarders must be at Intermediate Level 2 for slope sessions. Access to the slope will not be permitted otherwise.
• There is winter gear available, including boots, jackets, pants, skis or snowboards and poles.
• Children under the age of thirteen must wear helmets.
• For this activity, any guests who are three years of age or older must pay adult rates.
• Children under the age of two are not permitted entry into Ski Dubai for security concerns.
• Youngsters under the age of 14 should always be accompanied by an adult.
• Please be aware that elderly people, pregnant women, and anyone with back or neck issues should not participate in the Zorb Ball (Giant Ball) ride or the Mountain Thriller.
• Caps are not included in the winter attire provided so please bring your own should you be particularly sensitive to cold weather.

Getting There

Ski Dubai is located in the Mall of the Emirates. The Mall of the Emirates Station can be reached by taking the Red Line running from Rashidiya Station to the UAE Exchange Station.
