• The entry gates close thirty minutes prior to the Global Village's closing time.
• This ticket is only good for entry. This ticket does not cover shopping, entertainment, rides, or shows at Global Village Dubai; these will be extra charges.
• Tickets for entry into the park are only good for one entry between October 18, 2023, and April 28, 2024, or at other specified periods during the season as needed.
• Tuesdays are only for ladies, families, and couples—public holidays excluded.
• Certain public holidays (as notified by the UAE government) are also designated as family days at Global Village. For further details and the most recent changes at that time, please check the Global Village website, app, and social media channels.
• Global Village admission is free for under-3-year-olds, elderly people over 65, and holders of People of Determination ID cards with a single companion.
• Under no circumstances will Global Village reimburse the cost of the admission tickets.
• It is forbidden to duplicate, resell, or reprint tickets. There will be legal repercussions for violators.
• Children are required to wear safety wristbands given by Global Village at the information kiosks and ticket booths for their own protection.
• Only the sections in the park with official smoking permits are open to the public for smoking.
• Guests should always dress respectfully, covering their shoulders, legs, knees, and torso.
• Global Village reserves the right to change park opening times or temporarily suspend shows, close attractions, rides, or facilities for safety reasons, maintenance issues, or private events without prior notice or compensation.
• The park is a tourist destination where filming and photography can occur at any time. By entering the park, you irrevocably consent to and authorize Global Village, its successors, and assigns to photograph you and/or make sound recordings of you to use worldwide, for any purpose whatsoever, and in perpetuity, all such photographs and sound recordings to be the sole property of Global Village. If you wish to avoid the possibility of being photographed, please do not enter the park, or, if you do, express your wish to the filmmaker/photographer.
• In the event that a guest poses a risk to the safety of other visitors, interferes with their enjoyment of the park, or otherwise negatively impacts its operation, Global Village reserves the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder and to remove any guest from the park. It also reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to enforce this right, devoid of any kind of reimbursement or compensation.

Restrictions

• It is strictly unlawful to engage in obscene behavior, such as kissing or hugging, and public displays of affection are prohibited.
• Wheeled toys like scooters, bicycles, skateboards, and roller skates are not allowed inside the park unless they are rented there.
• Please be aware that the following are prohibited during this experience: travel bags or suitcases, smoking, food and beverages, and animals or pets.
