Guests aged 11 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult, holding a valid ticket.

Children 3 years old and below can enter a park for free.

Government issued photo ID may be required as proof of age.

You may not bring food or drinks into the park.

You must comply with health and safety measures applicable during your visit, ride rules and follow instructions in the park.

Height and safety restrictions apply, guests may not be able to experience all rides.

This ticket is non-exchangeable and non-refundable and is void if altered or damaged.

Certain rides, attractions, shows or outlets may be unavailable.

Admission and use of the park is at your own risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Miral will not accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the park.

Some of the rides and/or experiences may be closed for various reasons. This could be for maintenance or otherwise but this is to ensure that we provide utmost safety to our guests Safety and technical issues are unforeseen and as such we may not be able to announce it in advance. If this coincides with your adventure date there will be no refund or adjustment on an already issued ticket.

• • The parks prohibit the use of glass objects, ice chests, cold boxes, outside food and drink, and potentially dangerous things (such as knives and firearms).
  • Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals in certain circumstances.
  • Smoking is only allowed in specific locations.
  • Youngsters under the age of twelve require adult supervision.
  • Little ones under 1.1 metres tall get in free of charge.
  • There are presently some Ferrari World rides undergoing maintenance:
    • The Formula Rossa is not available at this time.
    • Until further notice, Mission Ferrari is presently unavailable.
    • For the time being, the Scuderia Challenge Simulators are not accessible.
    • The last day to access Flying Aces is February 3, 2024.
    • Flying Wings will not be accessible from February 4 to February 19, 2024.
    • You cannot access Formula Rossa JR from February 22 till Mar 22, 2024

• You will soon receive an email with your voucher.
